Bachelor in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT)

This is a four year Bachelor's Degree programme in Hotel Management & Catering Technology, approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), recognised by Government of Maharashtra and affiliated to the University of Pune. The course was started in 1997 with 5 batches having passed out till date. The AICTE has sanctioned an intake of 60 students for this course. The students are required to train in the hotel for a period of 5 months for hands on experience which is very essential for a service oriented industry like ours.

Every teacher is given the academic time table of the Semester.

Teaching Load of each Faculty:

Professor : 10 hours per week
Asst. Professor : 12 hours per week
Lecturer : 16 hours per week

Internal Continuous Evaluation System and place:

The College conducts 2-3 Unit Tests within the Semester, where the internal marks are noted. The Monthly Attendance has to be 75% for the student to be eligible for the External Examinations of the University.
